3D Product Rendering Services for US Brands: Prices, Turnaround and How to Hire

US brands are the largest buyers of 3D product rendering, and the market is crowded: local studios, offshore agencies, marketplace freelancers and AI tools all promise the same result. This guide is for US product brands, Amazon sellers and Shopify stores that want to hire well the first time.

What US brands pay for 3D product rendering

Prices vary more by provider type than by location:

  • Marketplace freelancers: the lowest prices, with large swings in quality and accuracy.
  • US-based studios: the highest prices, often with an account manager and agency overhead.
  • Specialist remote studios: studio quality and process at prices closer to freelancers.

Our prices, in USD, for comparison:

  • First render: $130, credited back against any package
  • Essential: $490 for 4 renders on white, marketplace-sized
  • Signature: $990 for 8 renders including 2 lifestyle scenes, a dimension view and a 360 turntable
  • Collection: $2,090 for 3 products and 21 renders with matched lighting and an A+ layout
  • Catalog volume: from $320 per product at 10+, $270 at 25+, $240 at 50+

What Amazon.com and Shopify need

  • Amazon.com main image: pure white background, the product filling most of the frame, no text or props. Read Amazon product image requirements.
  • Amazon gallery: features, dimensions, lifestyle and an inside view.
  • Amazon video slot: a turntable or feature animation.
  • Shopify: a consistent set across the collection, plus an optional 3D model for AR.
  • Paid social: vertical crops and short clips.

Working with a remote studio across time zones

Our studio hours are 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+5, which ends as the US East Coast working day begins. In practice that works in your favour: you send feedback at the end of your day, we work on it while you sleep, and the revised images are waiting the next morning. Every project runs on a private tracking link, so you can see progress without a status call.

What to ask before you hire

  1. Can I see work live on a real listing? Our case studies name each client and link to the storefronts.
  2. Who builds the model, and from what? CAD, photos or a sample.
  3. What does the next colourway or angle cost? With us, $70 and $95.
  4. How many revisions are included?
  5. Who owns the files? You should, on final payment.
  6. Will you sign an NDA? We sign before you upload anything.

Payment and paperwork

All our prices are in USD. Projects are paid 50% to start and 50% before delivery, by card through Payoneer, with an invoice for your records. Repeat clients move to Net-15 invoicing after two projects. Enterprise clients can work under an MSA with Net-30 terms.
