Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 July 2026

These terms cover the 3D rendering, animation, and modeling work VelarVisuals provides to you. VelarVisuals is a sole proprietorship operated by Bilal Naseem from Pir Mahal, Punjab, Pakistan. By commissioning a project or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

We produce photorealistic 3D renders, animations, and product models to the specification agreed in writing for each project. That specification covers the number of products, angles, scenes, revision rounds, and delivery window, and it is whatever is set out in the package you buy or the written quote we send you.

2. What you need to give us

To start we need enough reference material to work from: photographs, dimensioned drawings, CAD or 3D files, spec sheets, colour references, or logo and packaging artwork, depending on the project.

Delivery timelines start when we have everything we need, not when payment clears. If reference material is incomplete or arrives late, the timeline moves back accordingly.

3. Intellectual property

Your material stays yours. Product designs, CAD data, artwork, trademarks, and confidential specifications you supply remain entirely your property. We claim no rights over any of it.

Final deliverables become yours once the project is paid in full. At that point you get full, worldwide, permanent rights to use the delivered images and animations commercially, including listings, advertising, packaging, print, and resale materials, with nothing further to pay.

Source files stay with us unless you buy them separately. Working 3D scene files, project files, and rigs are our production tools and are not included as standard. We are happy to quote for them if you want them.

Until an invoice is settled in full, delivered files are licensed to you for review only and should not be published commercially.

4. Portfolio use

We would like to show completed work in our portfolio and marketing, but we will not do it without your written permission. Tell us a project is confidential and we will keep it unpublished. If you give permission and later change your mind, we will take the work down from our own channels within a reasonable period.

5. Pricing and payment

6. Revisions

Each package states how many revision rounds are included. A revision means an adjustment within the agreed specification: lighting, camera, materials, composition, or corrections to accuracy.

The following count as new work rather than revisions, and are quoted separately: adding products or SKUs, changing the product design after modeling has started, extra angles or scenes beyond the agreed count, and changes of creative direction after a stage has already been approved in the client portal.

Where a package says unlimited revisions, that covers adjustments within the agreed specification and is offered in good faith. It is not a route to unlimited scope.

7. Approvals and the client portal

Projects run through a private tracking portal where you review work in progress and approve or reject each stage. Approving a stage confirms it is correct and lets us move on. Reopening an approved stage later may cost extra and will push back the delivery date.

If we do not hear back on a stage within 7 days, we may treat it as approved so the queue keeps moving. We will send a reminder first.

8. Delivery

Turnaround times are working-day estimates, counted from the point we have all the material we need and any required deposit. We work to meet them and will tell you as soon as we know if a date is at risk.

Final stills are delivered as high-resolution JPG and PNG. Animations are delivered as MP4, sized to the platform specifications agreed for the project.

9. Accuracy of renders

Renders are built from the material you supply. Where references are incomplete, unclear, or do not match the manufactured product, we cannot guarantee the render will match the physical item exactly. Please check that final images represent your product accurately before you publish them, especially on marketplaces that have their own image and accuracy rules.

10. Cancellation and refunds

11. What you confirm to us

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, and that our producing renders from it will not infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to cover us against claims that arise from material you supplied.

12. Confidentiality

We treat unreleased product information as confidential and limit access to the team members working on your project, each under confidentiality obligations. We are happy to sign your own NDA before you send anything sensitive.

13. Liability

We do not guarantee any particular commercial result. Anything we say about conversion or listing performance reflects what clients have reported to us. It is not a promise about how your product will perform.

So far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to what you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Nothing in this clause removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer or data protection laws of your own country.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your project is the one published when you commissioned it.
